role as a caregiver is very isolated. usually dont work with other caregivers at the same time. the office doesnt usually call or give any incentives or just see how their employees are doing in general or at their clients homes and there are no benefits. no paid time off not vacation time nothing.

i dont work with anyone at my respective clients homes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the clients are the most positive and they are somewhat removed from the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are understanding of certain things that may happen. they arent very helpful, but they are understanding and do communicate how to solve issues, as far as their end is covered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
this job has no benefits no stock anf the pay is less than half of what they charge the clients. it is ahorrible job as far as monetary compensation goes. the clients and the relationships i have built with them is all that keeps me at the company.
