What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very informative and always helpful. Easy to reach out to when I need them and quick to get back to me. Friendly and happy team.
They talk with you about everything are understanding and super kind
they are understanding of certain things that may happen. they arent very helpful, but they are understanding and do communicate how to solve issues, as far as their end is covered.
Work together and we have consideration for each other

bing more organized and caring for their employers
Every team needs improvement. I would like if this team would stop worrying about petty issues

Although I don't participate in the compensation package yet, it appears to be more than adequate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fair wage and company vehicles for the hard work we do.
this job has no benefits no stock anf the pay is less than half of what they charge the clients. it is ahorrible job as far as monetary compensation goes. the clients and the relationships i have built with them is all that keeps me at the company.
We are paid a little more than minimum wage in Florida. And we don't get compensated for gas and sometimes we arrived at a clients home and they have cancelled and we never receive a phone call.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
i dont work with anyone at my respective clients homes.
A few of them should be fired because they are not good workers and come in and leave when they feel like it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has an addition to be the best that they can and keep on continue climbing the ladder love caring for others
I work with great clients and aby issues that do arise are addressed in a timely manner

hire a whole knew crew of housekeepers

to actually GIVE an interview and not just hire anybody

Seeing a smile on my client family and knowing he or she is happy
I just really enjoy my job and being able to help others

Better wages and appreciation for whay we do
other employees and pay hinder me from feeling positive
