What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is okay but they really need to stay on top of calling the caregivers and clients when there is a change in schedule especially the clients they service.

your needs are met, efficient

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid a little more than minimum wage in Florida. And we don't get compensated for gas and sometimes we arrived at a clients home and they have cancelled and we never receive a phone call.

If they paid more rather than $8.50 an hour to clean whole houses plus drive and take care of someone.
