What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is okay but they really need to stay on top of calling the caregivers and clients when there is a change in schedule especially the clients they service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid a little more than minimum wage in Florida. And we don't get compensated for gas and sometimes we arrived at a clients home and they have cancelled and we never receive a phone call.
