They talk with you about everything are understanding and super kind
they are understanding of certain things that may happen. they arent very helpful, but they are understanding and do communicate how to solve issues, as far as their end is covered.

Getting to know my clients, building relationships with them, seeing them smile, making sure they're in good company
Seeing a smile on my client family and knowing he or she is happy
