What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership could reflect their position better by not fraternizing, and being familiar with current policies and regulations enough to provide the best healthcare as a team.

Good mix of competitive salary and equity participation.

It would be great if I didn't have a copay.

There is a fast turn around, so no one is ever on the same page.

Sentera is an extremely technically aggressive company that rewards success.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to keep their facilities and offices fully staffed at all times.
