SentinelOne Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Above market rate, incredible benefits package, unlimited PTO

I am capable of overacheiving

Review from Sales Dept

Unlimited time off and paid parental leave

Review from Sales Dept

base salary seems fair in the market

Review from HR Dept

Monthly vesting program and days off on S1 expense

Review from Engineering Dept

That they offer not only a very competitive comp but also extendable health care to one of my family member.

Review from HR Dept

ESPP and added Bonus incentives.

Review from HR Dept

We are paid among the top companies on market, including the RSUs, that provide additional potential to grow. In terms of benefits, it is a great mix covering all the areas that employees care about, and even beyond! The HR is really involved in making improving the package over time even further.

Review from HR Dept

RSUs and ESPP, health insurance

Review from Operations Dept

The quarterly vesting and every 6 months for bonuses. I think that helps with both the short-term perks and the long-term marathon.

Review from IT Dept

Its well balanced and competitive with the industry

Review from Engineering Dept

The high base salary along with the generous equity stake.

Review from Business Development Dept

RSUs are the most efficient

Review from Product Dept

Add benefits for my family, such as additions to dental plan.

Review from Marketing Dept

Pay and bonus structure is fair and rewarding

Review from Marketing Dept

Paid paternity leave, and stock

Review from Product Dept

RSU, possibility to purchase stocks with 15% discount. Buying and getting stocks of the company you work for is creating strong bonds and motivation to do the best.

Review from Operations Dept

i am relatively new so my salary is what i got so far...

Review from Finance Dept

Pay is competitive and rewards you the harder you work.

Review from Sales Dept

Base and OTE are good. RSUs are good as is the 3 month draw.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A more competitive salary with other tech companies.

Review from IT Dept

This company moves fast. My work has expanded faster than my title.

Review from IT Dept

Our health insurance is terrible, it was better when I first started because we had a group that would fight for our benefits with insurance, now it's just an app.

Review from Customer Support Dept

1) I know that I'm more than 5k NIS underpaid. 2) I don't feel like there's a clear vision of my future projects 3) I don't feel like my extended team is really part of my team

Review from Engineering Dept

My health insurance has a huge deductible and I can't use my insurance this year at all because of that. I wish I was advised individually on how/what to enroll for regarding health insurance. Comp is okay. The workplace should be more interactive and inclusive. Work/Meetings with no relationships.

Review from Marketing Dept

I would like to be in alignment with peers who were hired at senior level with higher comp even though we possess the same level of experience

Review from HR Dept

A raise for the additional responsibilities I've taken on and for HR to carefully consider the policies they put in place that makes people wait almost 2 years because of some cut off timeline they created.

Review from Operations Dept

Two things: It is well below what I was offered by some of our competitors for similar positions, but I wanted to work here, so I settled. Second, with inflation is out of control, there should be some kind of company-wide raise to help us cope.

Review from Sales Dept

I think we are a little shy of where the industry is as a whole, takes way to much to get a role re categorized

Review from Sales Dept

Pay for this role across the industry is higher than what S1 pays. Benefits are in-line with other companies, but S1 doesn't pay as well as others.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Benefits are terrible compared to peer companies (at least in EMEA)

Review from HR Dept

ESPP still not available for my country. Thinks my salary is the lowest compared to all others in my role.

Review from Sales Dept

Implement Sabbaticals and periods where the whole company is off.

Review from IT Dept

Pay is low compared to my peers at other similar companies

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am paid well and am happy with my compensation. However, I am paid below the market rate in comparison to my other cyber security peers, and equity is limited.

Review from Sales Dept

I have been in Sentinel for 4 years at this point I am almost fully vested. If my compensation is a summary of my salary and my options. Now after 4 years, my salary is going to be downgraded and I feel it's a good reason to start looking for a new place.

Review from Engineering Dept

Better paychecks, bonuses, perks and so on

Review from Finance Dept

no career progression. no feedback on performance. limited resources

Review from Sales Dept

It's already addressed with my manager and shall be changed in FY22

Review from Sales Dept

Only clicked on no because of the 401k. I understand we're a small company, but that's a huge perk and understanding how expensive it is for a company.
