I love the work but i cant survive on the pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork is paramount, not every team is the best but most are very supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct leadership is phenomenal, however it is very clear corporate leadership is concerned with pleasing stockholders not families or associates
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to be with people in their difficult moments and learning about the lives of their departed loved ones.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process itself was easy, the waiting period was a bit lengthy though about a month from the interview to start date.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay needs to be higher. Its difficult to justify working in a high stress role and being paid so little, i think this company takes advantage of associates who are passionate about the work.
