What I appreciate most about our leadership team is their authenticity, vision, and support. They empower associates to lead with heart, embrace innovation, and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
Direct leadership is phenomenal, however it is very clear corporate leadership is concerned with pleasing stockholders not families or associates

It's not what you know or your experience, its who you know.
Treating people in the same position's equally.
This is not an environment for African Americans. There is simply no where to go in this company. All of the top executives are white and older. There are speckles of women here and there. The opportunity to advance is non existent.
