What did you like most about the interview process?
Was never rushed or made to feel rushed. Puncuality was mutually respected. Understanding of the industry in that we are in it to serve people who have lost someone and ultimately, in most cases, we are there to serve the departed.
My original funeral home was so wonderful and the only reason SCI gets addtl star. They really asked why I wanted to work there and if the FH was a good fit than waste anyones time. My interview was 3 hours long and I loved every min of it. Oregon basically when can I start
The interview process itself was easy, the waiting period was a bit lengthy though about a month from the interview to start date.
Process was clear, no surprises
I would say it was an average interview process
It was fair and they stated expectations.
