What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have a far drive, and working from home is looked down upon or not allowed in my position. Every day, I spend 11/15 hours of my day traveling for work or working a job I can do completely from my computer on my couch.

Pay employees fairly. We have very poor leaders in the company. Hire more workers, so we can take care of our customers, and take care of the employees with better work balance. My direct manager, has no idea what is actually going on, or doesn't care.

We have the mindset of a startup but heading to a 350 Million dollar company. The way we are working is not sustainable long term or globally. There is rarely an overarching business strategy. Feedback is not collected or respected.
