What did you like most about the interview process?Amazing customer service. Very helpful. SetSchedule has quality appointments and outstanding technology to further help me gain clients. Sounds like whatever tech they are using works! I would recommend to anyone in need of great service.
What makes you most happy at work?It makes me more happy if its being fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication to their each team member and be sensitive. Being a leader is a huge task but without the member it is still a useless part since the agents or employees are the engine of the company and atleast a good leader must take care of each member to stay everything on the go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Because it dies not give any government benefits. And when it comes to leave credits its too little time for us.
