What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication to their each team member and be sensitive. Being a leader is a huge task but without the member it is still a useless part since the agents or employees are the engine of the company and atleast a good leader must take care of each member to stay everything on the go.

Because it dies not give any government benefits. And when it comes to leave credits its too little time for us.
