As a foreign employee of SetSchedule, I could say that the offer is too good compared to the other companies that usually do the same thing.

I enjoy the fact that I have my team leader/managers that supports us and my team mates that doesn't forget that a workplace is like a home.

The interviewee treated it as a friendly meeting not like a casual one that usually makes an employee feel uncomfortable and nervous. You can truly express your thoughts during the interview.
