What I love most about the leadership team is that they do not act all bossy all the time. They try their best to listen to our concerns and do something about it. They care about every member of the team and I find that really important as an employee.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication to their each team member and be sensitive. Being a leader is a huge task but without the member it is still a useless part since the agents or employees are the engine of the company and atleast a good leader must take care of each member to stay everything on the go.
