What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation and work load go well. Getting paid for what I worked for.

Review from Communications Dept

Salary of course, its fantastic :)

Review from Operations Dept

As a foreign employee of SetSchedule, I could say that the offer is too good compared to the other companies that usually do the same thing.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The best part is the work bonus.

hourly rate is competitive with other companies.

Review from Operations Dept

We don't pay tax here since we work remotely

Review from Operations Dept

all of it, the company is the best

They have a competitive salary package and we are always paid on time. There was never a delay with giving out the salary. They also provide more benefits for people to look forward to in the long run.

The hourly rate is really competetive.

Review from Operations Dept

The health card/benefit that will be granted to us where other freelance company doesn't offer

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am paid fairly and on time.

Review from Customer Success Dept

very helpful and beneficial to us employees

Review from Operations Dept

The work it self, I have been working 13 yrs in the customer service business and I know when a company cares.

being able to work from home

Review from Customer Success Dept

The salary itself. I can now provide what my family needs.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Getting incentives on our department.

Incentives are given to those who deserve it

Supports my health and wellness needs

Personally it's not enough but it is enough to keep me borderline satisfied. Benefits are definitely not enough but for now it's okay since it's a new company. Hoping this will change for the better soon.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because it dies not give any government benefits. And when it comes to leave credits its too little time for us.

Review from Communications Dept

Health benefits would be nice. There is also the difference in pay for a US employee and someone working outside of US.
