Pay is relatively good for a PH employee. WFH so I like it. Takes a year to get health benefits. You gotta be mindful of your pay because HR can mess up sometimes. No contract = no job security.
What makes you most happy at work?
The compensation. And the fact that it's WFH.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They can be flexible sometimes, meaning they will take into considerations certain factors that can affect you as WFH employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits would be nice. There is also the difference in pay for a US employee and someone working outside of US.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a fairly difficult test so I know the caliber of my workmates. Also got to talk to one of the US based Bosses.
