What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Valuing associates. I felt like my supervisors challenged my hours worked and billed on a regular basis so I was constantly cutting my hours preemptively. Salaries are far lower than comparable firms.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k matching at some level. Market pay.

People are so busy and stressed that it's difficult to form relationships.

Value employees in more than talk.
