What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication style, compassion and empathy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Valuing associates. I felt like my supervisors challenged my hours worked and billed on a regular basis so I was constantly cutting my hours preemptively. Salaries are far lower than comparable firms.
