What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seem like lovely, competent people.
Always there to help and wants the best for the team

Jam City's leadership is very present in the office and the team is approachable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Climbing the career ladder obly means you work longer hours (unpaid) suffer more work stress and earn less. I would not recommend promotion from a field operative level to a management level
Low pay, pushed hard, rubbish work/ life balance
Pension is terrible see ex workers walk away with thousands
No job security and little to no pay satisfaction
What are some of the best things about your team?
A good team, friendly and helpful.
Team are friendly, good banter.
We all help each other when needed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone else looks as depressed and miserable as myself.
Communication, praise and pay structure
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, can-do co-workers. Willing to help one another.
