Users are required to permission Apple Health and Google Fit to retrieve this data. Since Fitbit does not integrate with Apple Health or Google Fit, Sharecare syncs directly to Fitbit to supports the most common Fitbit devices. To setup tracking, go to the Track section and select Settings (gear icon) then connect with Apple Health, Google Fit or Fitbit as a source then choose a tracker(s) to automatically track from the list. Once the tracker is selected you will see an indicator showing tracking enabled.

Manual Tracking: Using the Sharecare web or mobile interface, all trackers can be manually updated via in-app selections and data entry.
Automated Tracking: Some trackers can be configured to automatically track data based on your mobile device's sensors. These include:
Steps
Sleep
Stress and Relationships (Android Only)
Blood Pressure (iOS Only, with wearable device that includes Blood Pressure tracking)
Persistent Tracking: Trackers where users may not have daily input to enter will carry over the most recent data into future days until that data is updated. After making an initial selection for these trackers to ensure the most up to date data, you will see these trackers following the below rules:
Weight - Persists 7 days
Glucose (iOS/Web) / Blood Glucose (Android) - Persists if you indicate you are not diabetic
Smoke (iOS/Web) / Smoke Exposure (Android) - Persists if you indicate you never smoke
Alcohol - Persists if you indicate you never drink
Blood Pressure - Persistent for one week if most recent entry was "in the green"
Cholesterol - If last tracked as "in the green", persists 365 days. Otherwise, persists 90 days.

During phone calls on your Android, Sharecare automatically monitors spectral data alternations in your voice, identifying fractal patterns. Based on these patterns, the technology can determine your mindset and stress type like worry or irritation. Sharecare does not listen to, record, store or analyze the actual content of the call; and you can opt-out at any time. Following each call, the app presents you with a visual representation of the intensity and stress type detected during your call, ranging from a calm “green” to a very intense “red” and several shades in between; as well as a short description of your mindset during the call. Additionally, within Sharecare, you can access a dashboard showing how your results fare over time, per call and contact. Having trouble receiving automatic tracking from your calls? Keep these tips in mind:
Be sure you have the latest updates installed by visiting the Google Play Store searching for Sharecare, then clicking the Update or Install button if available.
Ensure that Stress tracking is turned on in the App's Settings menu and that the app is running in the background, with you logged in.
In order to collect sufficient data to provide an accurate analysis, all calls tracked must be over 30 seconds in duration.
Ensure you have a good connection to your wireless and/or cellular network.
