What do you like best about the leadership team?
The extra effort and care taken and given for all employees to enjoy their work, enjoy their future growth, learnings and career.
Open communication and casual approach. Not an ivory tower
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is stuck in the past. They can't do what's necessary to improve the company's status. They put incompetent people in charge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All components together are truly the best for my family and I.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not competitive, and there is drastic pay inequity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we work in congress together to ensure excellence to SHARP, to our customers... to ourselves.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are usually a group of unprepared, passive-aggressive individuals wasting time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall culture is one built on positive teamwork, growth and employee opportunities to excel.
