How employees describe working at Shelf Engine

It hit market and was able to negotiate up.

The company was great when I started.. However, after a month or so in, I could feel a kitschy thickness in the air. Overzealous employees with an exaggerate sense of importance. It was actually really funny after awhile.

Salary transparency, credit given where it's due, leadership acknowledging work done to build culture.

That they're so transparent about their true intentions.

The individual contributors in the Engineering org are fantastic, driven, kind people. The Leadership team is subversive, neglectful, and impossible to communicate with. It feels like LT wants to pretend we work at a giant company like Amazon, while only having <100 employees on our HQ payroll.
