401k match is minimal, health insurance is expensive, when hired was told unlimited time off policy however that is not really the case.
Compensation is way below market average. SHI needs to compete or they will continue losing good employees to their competitors.

I gained four seasons resorts as a client and did not get any recognition whatsoever. The commission just got passed to an account executive and he got paid well. I, however, sit in the basement with no recognition whatsoever
