Being paid more than minimum wage. Not being expected to work 9 hours a day. Not have micromanagers. PAY OUR WORTH.

More money for my work load

The gender pay gap is still a reality

If they even tried to meet the average pay for my position, and cared more about IT than Sales

workload and responsibilities do not match salary

401k match is minimal, health insurance is expensive, when hired was told unlimited time off policy however that is not really the case.

Compensation is way below market average. SHI needs to compete or they will continue losing good employees to their competitors.

WFH policy, better pay, and accounts set in stone.

I gained four seasons resorts as a client and did not get any recognition whatsoever. The commission just got passed to an account executive and he got paid well. I, however, sit in the basement with no recognition whatsoever
