Everything. Communication, comp, fairness amd equirt.
Everything. There's very little communication between upper management and lower level employees, and most people are afraid to voice their opinions on anything because they fear upper management.
Being paid more than minimum wage. Not being expected to work 9 hours a day. Not have micromanagers. PAY OUR WORTH.
