- What do you like best about the leadership team?They listen to you if we have issues they try to fix it. Everybody's on the same page.

- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?When the manager is good to work, environment is good. Some of the managers at the Circle K's are not very good with their own employees as well as the Shiftsmart employees.
