What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We co E as one nevermind race or color

Everyone is happy, friendly and positive. There are always small events to bring people close and share meaningful time with co-workers. Dogs and music all day makes the environment enjoyable and relaxing.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

employee value is not shown by leadership, HR or anyone. the best they do is listen but do not act. otherwise they punish you for speaking up
