What needs to change to make the company culture better?
employee value is not shown by leadership, HR or anyone. the best they do is listen but do not act. otherwise they punish you for speaking up
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
organization. HR gives bad appointment times and misses them. they don't review your qualifications. it's a whole lot of people in HR who are there just to collect a check and do not give a damn about anyone
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the customers are being duped. the services are overpriced and the quality of the service is awful. children run this business and it shows and the clients do not stay long
