Promotions, salary increase, career growth
Communication is a huge issue. Also, learn how to effectively manage the center. The scheduling is awful.
Knowing what's going in the building they manage, and taking action accordingly. When an employee is regularly violating policy, and endangering people, punishing them. When people go above and beyond, rewarding them When it's consistent, promoting them when the spots open up.
Leadership team needs to get better at communication and professionalism. Center manager has forgotten to put in raises, has neglected on 1 on 1's, and overall management does not lead the team well. Turnover rate is at an all-time high
The pay does not reflect the workload performed.
Too much work for too little pay.
Promotion and demotion policies based on merit would be a fantastic place to start. Incentives for going above and beyond would be even better. How hard is it to actually follow the established company practice of having an employee of the month with some basic incentives?
The speed at which the job gets done, the customer service provided, and compliance with regulations. Wanting to actually be good at the tasks they perform is necessary to working together well.
If everyone had the same frame of mind when coming into work, then we would be able to communicate better and function better as a team.
Growth opportunity to keep people motivated
Hostile work environment. Management talks openly about employees in front of other staff and donors.
Upper management needs to go. Then, install managers who can actually lead people, punish bad behavior and reward good behavior.
SLT/HR need to follow thru with things they say they are going to do instead of blowing smoke up everyone's you knowl

More pay, promotion opportunities, better employee appreciation
It all falls to management. Hire people who are educated and experienced.
There is a consistent trend of horrible employees being left in place with no consequences for outrageous violations. Good employees get saddled with extra work and expected to make up the gaps, with no reward for doing so. Not just once, all the time.
