Overall it's positive and it's the best job company I've worked for so far. But I think the store levels need some work.

My overall experience is mediocre at best.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was decent. Not better or worse than anywhere else.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is extremely important in the company, especially at the store level
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall the company environment is very positive. My location in particular struggles with that occasionally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a really good compensation packet. Way better than a lot of other places. I appreciate that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers. A majority of my team wants to go to work and get the job done while having a good time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
For the most part my team works well together. However, there are some individuals who need to work on growing the team instead of bringing the team down to make themselves look good.
