Great in the beginning. Then I felt singled out and pressured.

Stop pushing Shoe perks so much! Management pressure employees to much about it!

Poor Management Too much pressure They focus on employees weaknesses not their strengths.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They seemed to think I could add to the company. I feel I did except for my shoe perks.
