Training keeping the bodies in the building remembering what they tell the team about scheduling and hold everyone accountable not just when your upset. Store 0083
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management in store 0083... the GM and DM are bestfriends so its alot of failures being over looked including the proper training of the team. Also PAY and holding everyone accountable not just those that can see thru to games and contradictions.
