I get paid lower then a majority of states minimum
Get paid less then the managers even tho they make everyone do more then them. I have 0 bennefits, 0 time off, and you cant just call in a sick day without them asking 100 questions. Always calling me in on days offs. Seem to always have trouble with schequal and always having to change.

No holiday pay. I also accompanied managers during the government shutdown, being the only employee other than the managers helping with boxing and shipping out shoes and received no extra bonus while they did, while also making a fraction of what they do, And also not receiving covid pay while sick

explain to the managers what is and isn't okay to say to their employees. one manager asked a hispanic employee who speaks spanish with customers due to language barriers in the store if they could "even read english,"
Management in store 0083... the GM and DM are bestfriends so its alot of failures being over looked including the proper training of the team. Also PAY and holding everyone accountable not just those that can see thru to games and contradictions.

My interview was a joke. The GM brought me in said that he would tell me about the job and if I still liked then to call him back in the morning. After the interview I told him that I was still interested and he said well call me tomorrow morning.

Terrible shoes collection, like the store is 80% female sandles and we dont even sell half of them
