- What did you like most about the interview process?It was incredibly easy to get hired here. Some could say it was out of desperation, some could say it's because I already have experience, maybe both.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?My direct coworkers are very nice people. I value knowing my coworkers on a personal level because we gain respect for eachother and work well together.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Some members of my team are well trained, determined, and take responsibility for tasks they start. These people are like me in that they take pride in the work they are doing.

There is no Blue Culture at all in our store or head office
