Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better commucation with employees Amd to many mangers

We are working hard and very hard as till packers so they must cancel the 24 hours and let us work for 32 hours and 40 hours only

Equity in pay. Some employees are paid more for the same work and experience. Diverse training to learn new things, not selected few who appear to be from a certain ethnicity or background. Very apparent in transforming a business . Respect. Transitioned Fairway employees rude, unpleasant, not nega

Review from Customer Success Dept

Work roll requires much work than minimum pay

I can go to any fastfood spot and make more than $13, this is unfair

If you work here, don't ever expect a "great job" or "thank you". But you better be sure they'll be down your throat over your first mistake! It would be nice to not feel like management is openly hostile to the workers.

I do a lot of work yet the pay is barely above minimum wage.

Review from Sales Dept

If i got paid more money

Review from Product Dept

Focus is seniority, not effort, skill & ability

Review from Customer Support Dept

More perks and incentive plan.

Im an assistant department manager doing the work because some of my crew doesn’t do their fair share, besides that I get pulled from my department to help in others because they are struggling for help. I would be happier with about a dollar

Review from Sales Dept

Because they look at and treat you like you are a piece of ham to be sold and abused

Review from Customer Support Dept

Minimum wage is rising but my pay stays the same. Raises are few and far between. I am not given enough hours, often in given less hours of work than my co-workers

Review from Sales Dept

They do the hard minimum to keep the unions off their back

Review from Product Dept

It would be nice to feel more appreciated via bonus, gift card, coupon, time off. A typical employee works 6 days a week here. It should be mandatory to have at least one week with back to back off days a month. It would help tremendously with morale.

Review from Sales Dept

I do not get paid enough for the aggravation I deal with

Review from Customer Support Dept

need a better pay to stay at my job

Review from Sales Dept

the only health benefits for part time employees is a little dental and eye
