That maybe we shouldnt all take everything when we have something to do they will literally pile more on thier table so we cant do anything then on the otherside we dont get much stuff in and when we do its to much and two people should just really respect wveryone and what their doing.

Not having double standards. Company is not consistently how they handle situations . Everyone in management wants to treated the same.

They want people that can speak well or have knowledge of the business

If you are going to give a skills test, do it after you already know you want to hire someone. Don’t make them sit for hours doing a skills test online during the application process if you have no intention of hiring them. All businesses need to learn

Half the managers don't care and are counting days to retirement. Managers speak to you like you're a piece of garbage, but nobody ever gets fired from this company, so they feel entitled to do so.

The people in charge treat you like your nothing more than something to be used to get things done. They should treat their people better.
