What do you like best about the leadership team?
The relationship between leadership and employees is based on trust. There are monthly check-ins, but there is no micro-managing. The leadership team is always available to help find solutions to problems or answer any questions.

Excessive salaries, lower salaries. Guess you fo not want to hear this!

I'm not too familiar with it to be honest
The insurance coverage is really good, better than the other places offerings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
extra work, less staff, short breaks, less money then other hospitals

They work well with each other
their care and concern for the patients they treat
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Bring laptops sowe can take notes on it all rather than it being verbal
communication skills. People friends with manager get away with everything so mean to rest of staff.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone supports one another and makes sure to communicate with sincerity and kindness.
The mission is wonderful. We really do help kids.
It is very diverse and a good learning on both sides

start with manager being fair instead of they feel they are better than everyone

No matter what you work with they have every person from each department come talk to you

What makes you most happy at work?
The customers we serve. Our mission is to provide the most amazing care anywhere to our children in need. Sick and hurt children leave here happy and healed. I love to see our kids smile and actually enjoy coming to the doctor because they know they're going to be treated kindly and compassionately.
When I get to see the kids and paycheck
