They are constantly doing layoffs or randomly firing people, some who deserved it but many who were solid performers. No one gets close to each other because you don't want to get attached. Super weird, toxic culture.

The healthcare is pretty good, and 401K match is very good.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Chief People Officer has to start influencing against random vendetta firing and all the layoffs. The C-Suite is all from Vroom or Thomson Reuters, totally incestuous.
