The personalities at Shutterstock are one of a kind. The people are brilliant and honestly a joy to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is generally warm. I've never felt uncomfortable at work for any reason and I enjoy the layout of the office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stay. There are so many new leaders hoping to fix x, y, & z, but end up leaving with a half completed project left at Shutterstock.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do so this comment may be less helpful than desired. I appreciate the team I work on and each of their work ethic.
