Sales Reps have extremely high targets and not achieving goals, The ones that achieve look forward to higher targets. You will be capped one way or another from making owed commission.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at Shutterstock is bad and that's putting it mildly. The worst are Finance, Sales, and HR. It is very unfortunate given the potential this company. All the smart and qualified employees are resigning. Constantly changing commission pay-outs, roles/titles, employment agreements, etc...
