Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is fair, but the constant mental anguish and fear aren't worth any amount of money.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very well organized, maybe because at the time I was interviewed someone else was the CEO.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of toxic executives driving away the good people and bringing in sycophants with political loyalty but no experience and no intelligence.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to leave. They managed to pump the stock price up in the short term on the backs of slashing contributor payouts, but the culture they instilled will result in paralysis due to fear and a chilling effect on innovation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New executive team has made one flub after another. China censorship debacle. Slashing of contributor royalties. Acquiring healthy startups only to infect them with toxicity. Driving loyal and dedicated workers away. Short term gimmicks to pump up stock price with no meaningful product work coming
