What does the leadership team need to get better at?It'd be better if we controlled how we implement new features, we frequently seem rushed in that we don't go back and fix minor defects prior to tackling the next area. Also, the "process" would be improved if we were able to turnaround defects more quickly, we have many that are >6 mo old.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I think that we need to better standardize the content, copy and behavior when we add new features. Frequently the screens/copy in Android and iOS are different or the behavior isn't the same across key features (important for devs to have creative freedom, but certain things have to be the same)
