Nasty people here and no money

Great company to work for

Great company experience, great team, and I enjoy working at Shyft.

Overall things = good, but we need a bit more control over the "process" (defect resolution time, cross-app consistency)

Hire a better president asap

It'd be better if we controlled how we implement new features, we frequently seem rushed in that we don't go back and fix minor defects prior to tackling the next area. Also, the "process" would be improved if we were able to turnaround defects more quickly, we have many that are >6 mo old.

Really pleased with both salary and options package.

I think I really appreciate that it's an on-going conversation. It wasn't just "this is your offer, let's never speak of the fact that we pay you again". We've talked raises, health benefits, work accommodations etc.

It includes equity in a company on a high growth trajectory!

I like that we're all comfortable enough to be actual people around one another, and can laugh together and still work smart and hard toward a common goal - together.

I think that we need to better standardize the content, copy and behavior when we add new features. Frequently the screens/copy in Android and iOS are different or the behavior isn't the same across key features (important for devs to have creative freedom, but certain things have to be the same)

Everyone is working together towards a common goal. We help each other out.
