Great diversity in opinions and backgrounds.
The team is good at bringing relevant issues to the forefront and then systematically solving those issues, along with thinking ahead at pain points in the future.
We are one big family that is able to effectively work together and have fun while doing it

I like that we're all comfortable enough to be actual people around one another, and can laugh together and still work smart and hard toward a common goal - together.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think that we need to better standardize the content, copy and behavior when we add new features. Frequently the screens/copy in Android and iOS are different or the behavior isn't the same across key features (important for devs to have creative freedom, but certain things have to be the same)
