What makes you most happy at work?Given opportunities to prove yourself and given responsibility quickly. Also support is there if you want it.
What are some of the best things about your team?Always looking to innovate and disrupt the market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They've made strides towards better benefits. Unlimited holiday and flexible working is great. I think they could improve on is some form of health insurance.
