The product/platform works extremely well for customers. Coming from prior security companies that is a huge deal. For a company this size, the management does what it can for the employees. Wish we had a formal bonus structure in place for high achievers but our options will hopefully be worth $$$

Company culture was well understood by all people when the company was small. Recently though the company culture has degraded to a point that any blog posts, marketing material, or talk tracks founders use to explain how good of a place Signal Sciences is to work are not based on reality.

Fun, collaborative, and easy to get along with people. I enjoy going to work most days, but there are days where things can be hectic. Luckily my team has my back and I'm not afraid of ever going on vacation, which is something I've experienced in the past.
