Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a 401k match program. Signal Sciences offers fully paid healthcare for employees and their families. That's amazing and all but for someone who is single, I'd benefit more from matching.

Middle management is atrocious across departments. Political feuding and snark inhibit more and more velocity as the layers of "leadership" are introduced.
