Incredibly intelligent people. In awe of all the hard work they have dedicated to this awesome product and company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a 401k match program. Signal Sciences offers fully paid healthcare for employees and their families. That's amazing and all but for someone who is single, I'd benefit more from matching.
