Everyone is willing to help each other. It is competitive but not in a cut throat way.
What makes you most happy at work?
The product works fantastic, co-workers are fantastic & I believe in the co-founders and know they are making the right choices.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sales qoutas are a bit high for year 1 but after that I think it is slightly above market average for our base salary. Compensation for sales is great and incentivizes performance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Humble, helpful & smart. They know the industry and are very well respected in our market. They treat everyone on the team with respect & go out of their way to make sure we're happy.
