What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Though the mission is appealing, the vision is lacking and I'm not sure how I'm contributing to the mission.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership is lucky they have a great team under them. They did a good job at hiring but their direction and vision is worrying
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture feels a bit sterile. Some people are really bought it, but for too many people it's just a 9-5 and their life doesn't intersect with work
